Joy was an excellent tour guide! She was informative, funny, and very out going- everything you want from a tour guide! Can’t forget about our captain Omar! Overall, a wonderful experience. Be sure to bring a larger party for more fun!

Joy and captain Omar were a friendly team, who made us feel at ease with their smiles and eagerness to please . Our trip to Saona island was carefully planned and took us away from the crowds . Excellent food and service provided. Highly recommend private tour with plenty of drinks including beers , soft drinks and Rum .

Bonjour, une très belle sortie en bateau rapide et très confortable avec le capitaine Omar super sympa et aux petits soins avec tous ces passagers qui nous a fait découvrir l'ile de Saona dans toute sa beauté, ainsi que son repas préparé à bord tout en buvant l'apéro dans les piscines naturelles de Saona.

This was the best day that we had on the island. From start to finish, Joy and her team went out of their way to accommodate us. The boat was exactly what the picture showed. they arranged pick up and drop off with a taxi who was going to be late to pick us up and they made other arrangements to get someone else to come get us so that we were not waiting. They were there to greet us as soon as we arrived they made sure that we weren’t hassled by vendors on the street, and they also gave us tips on the pricing if we did choose to purchase anything. They had sandwiches ready for us, when we arrived at Sonoma Island. And we opted to have a lunch prepared when we went to the natural springs. That area was so beautiful. Our granddaughter got seasick and we were supposed to have lunch on the boat but they set up a table on the beach so we ended up having lunch there ,beautiful the only issue we had is we asked for fish and shrimp burgers and hot dogs for the kids but it was over locked and they just gave us the standard lunch with chicken and beef with some pasta salad. They offered to refund the money immediately. However, the service was so good we didn’t mind. They even let the kids drive the boat on the way back which was an experience. They will never forget. If you’re considering using this company, I would highly recommend it , because they went above and beyond for us the entire trip well worth the money and it was a day that our family will cherish. Thank you Joy for making our day memorable and we will definitely use your services again if we return to Punta Cana. ❤️
