Best excursion of our holiday by far. Communication prior to trip was good. Small group ment quick transfers. Visited 5 locations on fast speed boat with different activities at each stop. Guide was informative, attentive and fun, he also took many photos that were sent to us on way back to hotel without any charge as we found on some trips. Would 100% recommend!

Great tour guide. Great photos and video. Had a lot of fun. The pick up and drop off wasnt the most ideal but it got the job done. Didn't like stopping by a store and basicslly feeling like I had to buy something
Barely Average Excursion

Our captain, Elias was great for the most part, however, we only got a 2 hour excursion and we paid for 4 hours!!?? Disappointed with that! The biggest issue was the transportation back and forth to the Hotel…it was a fiasco. On way to the boat cars battery went out so we sat at a gas station for 30 mins waiting for another ride. Then, On way home they (tour) scrambled to broker us a ride. So we waited and waited and had to call the tour supervisor to get a ride back. This caused us to cancel rest of excursions since we had this and from airport transportation issues. Punta Canas loss as that would’ve been another $1k towards their economy that wasn’t pursued due to transportation issues!
