8 hr trip to Sanoa 9/16/2022
This was my second time booking this trip except this time I booked it for my best friends bacherotte party for a group of 8 girls.
The morning started off with Fernando he was our driver and he was just the sweetest thing, great guy. Waited in lobby extra till we found him. Because our hotel was extremely confusing lol. He answered all questions we had and he made sure we all stopped by bathroom to make sure we were good 5 mins before. He was nice enough to allow us to leave our stuff in car for trip back. Letting us know he will have it when we leave.
Though we requested Ramon because my friends and I had THE MOST AMAZING TIME with him last year for my birthday. We got to meet baby Chala! Group of 8 girls is a lot to handle haha baby chala ensured we were having a fantastic time, with him Miguel assisted him in mixing drinks for us. And no English Tyler is what I called him, our captain! These three men were such a trio and honestly the best guys I had met in a long long time
They not only were mixing us drinks ensuring we were having a fantastic time, when the bride got too drunk they came together to genuinely make sure she felt better and offered a hand to do whatever was necessary to help. I was helping so they even stopped to make sure I ate.
I will say they turkey croissant wraps Ramon gave us last time and the fruit skewers weren’t given out this time. But it’s okay. We had a blast none the less.
I would recommend everyone and everyone to book with this company because they make you a priority. They care. They genuinely want you to have fun. You get to personalize your itinerary with what you wanna do and they’re just here to make it happen. The transfers are private and comfortable. Anything you need you ask and they got it.
I already can’t wait to plan my next trip with their help.

Excellent excursion

We had an excellent trip with Don Julio and crew last week. We had a private excursion for 11 on the Maite. The crew was amazing and fun. The snorkeling was fun with plenty of fish to see. The meal provided was delicious and more than anyone could eat! A big plus was the great pictures taken by the crew and included in the price! Highly recommend!

This was definitely a highlight of our trip. Would 1000% recommend!! Staff was AMAZING! We had 4 kids with us (9-14yo and 4 adults) and they were so good with them! They played (kid) music for them and danced with them. (And us!) They took a lot of time teaching and showing us about the fish. One was teaching my son about them and showing him on a poster. He had been very sick a day or 2 earlier and after eating he wasn’t feeling the best but once he felt better and decided to get in the water again…one of the guys that was snorkeling with us got back in with him and did the whole thing with him and showed him a starfish we saw. I can’t thank him enough for doing that. We didn’t realize we would get food (this was a recommended excursion from another tour we went on.) so we ate prior to going, but the food was very good! Everything about this excursion was more than we ever imagined. 10/10 day!

We booked the 2pm 4 hour cruise with seafood dinner. Don Julio was our guide and we had the best time!!!! We had 10 of us on a private catamaran. The water was gorgeous. We snorkeled, had fresh coconuts opened for us and turned into run drinks, ate fabulous seafood and were entertained and taken care of. Such a great afternoon !!
Great Adventure with this Company

Great adventure, great crew. Family of 16 surprised madre for her 70th birthday. with this trip. We had the 1/2 day adventure since we had the little ones, snorkeling, swimming on a sand bar and EATING. If you want the true taste of local, fresh meat and vegetables, book one of Hispaniola's adventures. The kitchen is on the water, the food absolutely amazing and far surpassed anything I ate at the resort. It was fresh, tender and my hats off to the Chefs for such a treat. Oh, the drinks were quite tasty as well. We had to keep it family oriented with our little ones but we could tell these guys would be loads of fun on an all-adult deal. Highly recommend. Thank you to Captain, Baby and all of the crew for making this old lady's birthday special with the memories made.. We will remember you on our next trip to the DR and we will party big time. GRACIOUS! Cool Mamaw .

You are in for a real treat. Ramon and his crew were exceptional. I was in retail for 15 years so have a little experience with people pleasing. Ramon and his ship mates were absolutely exceptional; foreseeing every possible need, want or desire and filling them in the moment. Before booking I read 100s of reviews for 100s of excursions. This was the only one that had no poor reviews. There is a reason and that reason is Ramon. He took us beautiful places to snorkel, aided everyone, added some educational elements and fed us the best meal we had the entire week we were in the Punta Cana area. I hope to do this excursion again someday and be treated like royalty on this beautiful and very clean catamaran. You will never forget this day:))). Thank you Ramon and RoboCop (Erik)!!!

I booked a private cruise with Hispaniola as a birthday gift for a family member. We both had a fantastic time aboard their catamaran Maite. The lunches that were served up (we had seafood and surf and turf) were delicious, and fruit and sandwiches were served as snacks on board as well. All drinks were included in the tour price. We were hosted on the ship by a gentleman who goes by the nickname of "Baby" and he was extremely kind and attentive. You couldn't have wished for better service!
The snorkelling was amazing, plenty of fish to see. Baby had a bag of bread crumbs to attract giant schools of colourful fish as well. The crew were amazing, and the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend booking with Hispaniola if you are looking for a great cruising experience in Punta Cana!
