AMAZING! Everyone made us comfortable. Our diving instructor was phenomenal, I had extreme anxiety underwater and he really calmed me down. The photographer took amazing pictures and did not pressure us to purchase them, although we did purchase them as the deal was great. We felt safe the entire time. Whether on the boat or in the water, the bartenders ensured your cup never got empty. This group was the BEST! I don’t care what the reviews say, this was an AMAZING experience. Our hookah dive was only supposed to be 5 minutes, but we were down there way longer. Our instructor constantly ensured that we were okay, signaling asking if we needed a break. He showed us tons of underwater life. There were beautiful fish everywhere. Take this excursion! It’s worth every dime!

50/50 kind of fun, but also bad people

Transfer was on time no problem there. Got to the drop off point and we got our wrist bands in a small little shop that they tried to sell you everything under the sun before going out on the boat.
Next took a small fishing boat out to one of the larger parasailing boats with about 7 other people. Parasailing was great, although it was short lived, probably 10 minutes total by the time you’re up and then down again. The staff on the boat weren’t that pleasant and didn’t associate with you unless you were going next.
Next got taken to the cateraman boat for hooka diving. The guy who gave us the instructions and told us the basics and most important things to know about hooka diving and what to expect was fantastic and same with the guide in the water. I panicked a little once hitting the water as I couldn’t figure out my breathing but he stuck with me and guided me till I was doing okay. Had some drinks and listened to music and then it was time to head back. This is when it turned for me. The “photographers” wanted their money for the pictures we didn’t ask for. 80 USD to be exact for some half decent photos. We said no. Got off the boat and was immediately chased down by the other “photographer” insisting we buy them and I said no too expensive. They didn’t stop! We ended up buying them for 20 usd so we thought. Didn’t have enough cash on us so we used credit. Charged us 25 usd instead, CROOKS! Felt very unsafe and then the shop owners around herded you into their shops to try and force you to buy things. I was terrified. Was an okay experience but I’d be careful careful.
