The crew on both boats were great! They were all very entertaining Very safe and helpful. Sonama is incredibly beautiful. The three hour ride to get there sucked! We had to stop at many resorts, alleyways to pick people up. We even stopped to get gas in the van. That did give us the opportunity to see parts of Punta Cana we would have never go to

Superb experience with the service provided with Melvin during all the day. The excursion well organized and the place is TOP 1 in the country. All of the excursion is well organized, the Vip one includes Lobster and the workers of the place are very friendly and polite.

Pick up and drop off included, can be a little of a hassle but not bad at all. You know you are getting to your destination safe. Francisco was a great guide providing information in 4 languages! Lunch was provided and had an enjoyable time! Worth it for the price!

Really nice guide. Everything went very well. Just a bit chaotic in the beginning at the meeting point. Beautiful trip, good organizing, friendly and professional. Highly recommanding the tour

The natural pool was definitely a highlight of the trip. It was great being in the beautiful water and we were able to get some good pics to help remember the experience. There were too many boat transfers for my liking and the lunch/drink options once we made it to the actual island we're somewhat lacking. Although the description said the tour guides spoke English, it was extremely limited. Overall a mostly positive experience but I've had better.
